An Olympic Carpet of Dreams…….

I’ve just returned from an exhausting and HOT three day in Gravesend, Kent where we (UrbanCanvas) were spearheading Gravesham Borough Councils build-up to the London Olympic Games 2012.

With this in mind we produced the world’s first ever public street art workshop to include anamorphic 3D art and in doing so managed to physically lower the floor by about 2 feet (anamorphically of course) 🙂

Produced in The St. George’s Shopping Precinct, Gravesend, Kent. 4th & 5th June 2010.

For fun we decided to make this a public street art workshop with 3D anamorphic effects in which we created a sunken floor without the public even realising it!

Many thanks to Contraband Events and Gravesham Borough Council.
